I’m Sandy Wright, and I bring over 30 years of experience in leadership development, cultural change, and executive coaching.
My professional journey began in education, where I gained a strong understanding of how people learn, grow, and adapt—insights that continue to shape my work with leaders today.
I specialise in driving organisational performance through strategic development, cultural transformation, and practical learning design. I’ve delivered end-to-end learning solutions—from needs analysis to implementation—and developed programs in leadership, management, mentoring, risk, compliance, and behavioural change.
My areas of expertise include competency frameworks, talent identification and development, accelerated learning, mentoring program design, vendor management, and facilitation of assessment centres. I’m also accredited in HBDI, PRISM Brain Mapping, and the LEA 360 assessment tools, which I use to support clients with clear, actionable insight.
As an experienced instructional designer and facilitator, I’ve created and delivered blended learning programs that produce measurable outcomes. Whether working with individuals or entire leadership teams, I always focus on clarity, capability, and real-world results.
